Gift Card Terms & Conditions

At Collective Journey Art, our digital gift cards offer a meaningful way to share the spirit of our collective, allowing recipients to choose creations that resonate with their own journey.

Please review the following terms to ensure a seamless gifting experience.

1. Purchase & Delivery

Collective Journey Art Gift Cards are available in denominations of $40, $80, $100, $160, $250, and $500 USD.

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email and contain a unique code for redemption through our online store. No physical card will be shipped.

2. Redemption & Balance

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at www.collectivejourneyart.com.

• Gift cards may be used across multiple orders until their balance is fully used.

• If an order exceeds the available balance, the difference may be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Any remaining balance stays available for future purchases.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

3. Expiration & Fees

Our purchased digital gift cards never expire and carry no activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees.

The remaining value stays available until redeemed or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Refunds & Returns

Gift card purchases are generally final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Items purchased using a gift card are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window, product eligibility requirements, and applicable restocking fees.

If a return is approved, the refund for the amount paid using a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card or issued as a replacement gift card when necessary.

For purchases made using multiple payment methods, refunds will be processed to the applicable original payment methods, subject to our policy and applicable law.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must first be returned through our standard return process.

5. Cash Redemption

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Under California law, qualifying gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $15 may be redeemed for cash upon request.

To request an eligible cash redemption, please contact our Customer Care team.

6. Lost Gift Cards & Customer Care

Please keep your gift card email and redemption code secure.

If a gift card is lost, deleted, or suspected of unauthorized use, contact us. We will assist with verification and replacement when possible.
