Handcrafted by artisan members of our collective in Northern Peru, each Sorcerer Kuripe brings together carefully selected natural materials in a design inspired by the quiet wisdom and enduring presence of the forest.
Its handle is carved from a naturally durable black Amazonian seed, valued for its smooth finish and comfortable grip. At its center, chrysocolla is wrapped in alpaca wire and paired with a polished tiger eye stone. Traditionally, chrysocolla has been associated with harmony and clear communication, while tiger eye is regarded as a stone of courage, confidence, and grounded awareness.
The name Sorcerer draws inspiration from the quiet mysteries of the forest- where knowledge is gathered through observation, patience, and a deep relationship with the natural world. It is a tribute to those who seek wisdom with humility, honoring the understanding that nature has always been one of our greatest teachers.
Because every Sorcerer Kuripe is individually assembled using natural materials, slight variations in the seed, gemstones, and wirework are part of what makes each piece unique.
Care
To help preserve your Sorcerer Kuripe, gently clear the airway before and after each use by blowing through the channel away from your face. Store it in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. To help protect the gemstones and wirework, avoid dropping or striking the piece against hard surfaces. For added protection during travel or storage, we recommend keeping it in one of our handcrafted zippered pouches.
