This tepi is unique for its double sided application. Unlike most tepis, this tepi has two nostril applicators which allows for the rappeh to be blown through both nostrils simultaneously. It comes in three varieties of sacred wood from the Amazon: rosewood, palo santo, and chonta wood. The central part is made of sustainably sourced lamb bone (from leftover human food).
