Created by artisan members of our collective in Northern Peru, the Triphasic Kuripe is built around a three-branch form: one mouthpiece and two nostril channels. This structure allows both sides to be served at the same time while maintaining an even, controlled flow.

Available in two material variations:

• Chonta Wood - Crafted from sustainably harvested Amazonian Chonta wood, traditionally valued for its exceptional strength and durability. Finished with natural resin, a hand-carved ayahuasca vine accent, and a polished chrysocolla gemstone. Natural variations in wood grain and color make every piece unique.
  
• Bone - Made from sustainably sourced lamb bone, responsibly repurposed as a byproduct of the human food industry. Finished with natural resin, a carved ayahuasca vine accent at the center, and a polished chrysocolla gemstone, creating a distinctive ceremonial design.
  

Natural variations in wood grain, bone, resin, carving, and color are part of the character of each piece.

Care

To help preserve your kuripe, gently clear the airway before and after use by blowing through the channel away from your face. Store it in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or excessive heat. For additional protection during travel, we recommend storing it in one of our handcrafted zippered pouches.
