INTRODUCTION
At Collective Journey Art, every order is a sacred exchange rooted in Heartfulness, Mindfulness, and Soulfulness.
We fulfill and ship with care, accuracy, and intention, and ask our community to honor the same spirit of awareness and reciprocity in return.
All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Nevada City, California.
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Same-Day Shipping Promise
We offer two levels of same-day dispatch:
Standard Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST ship the next business day.
Express / Expedited Same-Day Dispatch

Express/Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PST, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day.

Express orders placed after 11:00 AM PST ship the next business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are shipped the next business day.

No express pickups occur on weekends or federal holidays.
DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING
Shipping Options
We partner with USPS and UPS to offer reliable, trackable domestic delivery.
Your updated shipping structure is:

Flat Rate Shipping (US): $7.50

FREE Shipping on Domestic-US orders $145+

USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground: carrier-calculated at checkout

Express/Expedited Services: carrier-calculated
All domestic orders include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
All transit times shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates, not guarantees.
After hand-off to the carrier, tracking updates are the most accurate source of delivery progress.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT USPS EXPRESS SERVICES
To prevent confusion:

USPS “Next Day Delivery” is no longer offered. (This service was discontinued by USPS.)

The fastest USPS option is Priority Mail Express, which is 1–2 business days, depending on destination.

Priority Mail Express is not guaranteed for next-day delivery to all ZIP codes.

Collective Journey Art cannot issue refunds for carrier-caused delays.
This clarification helps ensure realistic expectations and supports smooth sacred exchange.
STATUS “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
Some carriers, especially USPS, may scan a package as Delivered before it physically arrives.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your item is not present:

Wait one additional business day.

Check mailbox, porch, and surrounding areas.

Check with neighbors or building managers.
-
Contact your local delivery branch directly; they have GPS delivery records.
If unresolved after these steps, email us for support.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information

Tracking their package
-
Contacting the carrier for delivery-related issues
-
Ensuring safe and secure package retrieval
Our team has no access to internal carrier systems beyond public tracking.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Each order is inspected, checked, and initialed by hand on the packing slip before leaving our studio.
To report a damaged or missing item:

Notify us within 3 business days of the carrier’s recorded delivery time.

Email clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)
-
The original packing slip with initials (required)
-
We cannot process claims without the packing slip or after the 3-day window.
SACRED GOODS SHIPPING PROTECTION (Optional Add-On)
For added peace of mind, customers may opt-in to Sacred Goods Protection during checkout.
This low-cost protection covers:

Lost packages

Damaged goods during transit
If purchased, we will assist with replacements according to the protection terms.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide through trusted international carriers.
Delivery times vary by destination and do not include customs delays.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international orders ship DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid).
The recipient is responsible for:

Import duties

Local taxes

Brokerage fees
Customs clearance is outside our control.
Restricted Items
Some items may be prohibited in certain countries.
Such orders may be canceled and refunded before shipment.
International Returns & Reshipments

Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/undeliverable packages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos and packing slip.

Claims submitted after 5 days may not qualify for resolution.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & RESHIPMENTS (Domestic & International)
Refunds are only offered when an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Shipping fees are not refundable if:

A customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address

A shipment is refused
-
A shipment is marked Return to Sender
Returned packages can only be reshipped once physically received and inspected.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
