International Shipping Agreement

1. Agreement Overview: By placing an order with Collective Journey Art, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this International Shipping Agreement, which is crafted to facilitate a seamless and efficient international shipping process.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your package, as provided by our trusted carrier. Please note that estimated delivery times may vary according to destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Keep in mind that these are estimates and do not include our processing times.
   
3. Customs Duties and Taxes: For orders shipped outside the United States, you may encounter import charges, which are the buyer's responsibility. Collective Journey Art ships all packages DDU (“duties and taxes unpaid”) and does not collect VAT, duties, or taxes in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot predict your specific charges. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your country’s unique import regulations.
   
4. Customs Clearance: It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into their country and to comply with all local laws and regulations. Please be aware that delays in customs may occur, which are beyond our control and could affect delivery times. We recommend that customers proactively communicate with their local postal service to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, the recipient is responsible for any return fees for packages that are undeliverable. Collective Journey Art cannot be held liable for abandoned or discarded shipments.
   
5. Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. It is the recipient’s duty to ensure that their orders comply with local import laws. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions.
   
6. Returns and Refunds: Our standard return policy applies to international orders. Please be aware that shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
