Crafted by artisan members of our collective in Northern Peru, each Owl Peace Pipe is individually shaped from reclaimed chestnut wood selected for its durability and natural resistance to heat.

Engraved jade details form the owl’s eyes, bringing depth and focus to its carved expression. Serpent-inspired patterns move along the pipe’s stem, symbolizing guidance, protection, and transformation woven directly into the artwork.

Each piece is carved, assembled, and finished by hand using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, tone, carving, jade details, and overall finishing are part of its individual character.

The pipe includes a hand-stitched drawstring carrying pouch made within our women’s collective in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Pouch colors and woven patterns vary, and each one is selected to complement the pipe.

Care

Allow the pipe to cool completely after use before gently removing any remaining material from the bowl. Clear the airway with a soft pipe cleaner or narrow cleaning tool, taking care not to scratch the interior.

Avoid soaking the pipe or exposing it to prolonged moisture, extreme heat, or direct sunlight. Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth and protect the jade eyes and carved details from impacts. Store all components fully dry in the included drawstring pouch.
