Compact, vibrant, and alive with rhythm; these handmade Palm Shakers are designed and crafted by our collective of artisans in Northern Peru, using the same traditional techniques as our Shipibo Maracas. Designed for movement and ease, they are lightweight, travel-friendly companions for ceremony, music, or spontaneous sound journeys with the quality it takes.

Each Palm Shaker is handmade from treated leather and painted by our artisans collective. Feathers are attached to accent the movement and spirit of each piece, while the rounded form rests naturally in the hand for effortless play. Their size makes them perfect for sound making depending on how and where you hold them. Yet they are compact and powerful, travel friendly to your purposes where portability and presence are equally valued.

The collection features three distinct hand-painted designs:

Icaro Design: inspired by sacred visionary journeys, songs of healing and guidance.

Hummingbird Design: honoring joy, lightness, and the energy of life.

Gold Hummingbird Design: a radiant variation adorned with gold tones, and wrapped in textile string; symbolizing gratitude and illumination.
