This thick double sided tepi has two nostril applicators, allowing one to receive rappeh in both nostrils simultaneously. This tepi is versatile in that it can be used as either a single tepi or a double nostril tepi. However, we highly recommend choosing between a single or double use because once you load it one side you do not want that to touch the mouth. 

The receiving ends are made of sacred black seeds, while the majority of this tepi is painted with natural resin paint. The tepi itself is made of sustainably source lamb bone and the giver's end is simply naked bone. Sacred beads and feathers hang off the black thread that is wrapped around the tepi's center.
